Appointment Cancellation Policy

To help us provide timely care to all patients and reserve adequate appointment times, we are implementing an updated cancellation policy effective immediately.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, including same-day or next-day cancellations, may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

This policy has been introduced due to a significant increase in last-minute cancellations, which often leaves insufficient time to offer those appointment times to other patients who may be waiting for care.

We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur and will consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
